#ForTheFarmers

Anhueser Busch knows the importance of local farms and their communities and has worked to support them during these trying times. Over the past ten years, they have spent 5.5 billion dollars purchasing quality ingredients directly from farmers in the U.S. Their beers are made with 100% U.S. sourced corn and rice, and 98% U.S. sourced barley.

Just last year, Busch Light pledged $500,000 to Farm Rescue. Farm Rescue is a nonprofit organization located in North Dakota that helps farmers and ranchers who have experienced a major illness, injury, or natural disaster by providing the equipment and manpower needed during harvest season. They have volunteers located in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

This harvest season, Anhueser Busch is celebrating local farmers by providing free meals to the Des Moines area at Key Cooperative in Newton from 11-1pm. Keep an eye out for the corn trailer!
