LOCAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH 

Doll Distributing takes great pride in supporting our local communities through ongoing charitable efforts. While we are unable to participate in every event or request, we remain committed to making a positive impact wherever possible. Our support spans a wide range of causes and organizations throughout the areas we serve. Some of the intiatives Doll participates in include:

  • Iowa Businesses & Distributors Against Human Trafficking- supporting awareness, prevention, and action to combat human trafficking in our communities
  • Decide to Ride- Promoting responsible celebrations by providing safe ride options home
  • Farm Rescue - provies a wide array of support to farm and ranch families who have experienced a major injury, illness, or natural disaster
  • Folds of Honor- non-profit organization the provides educational scholarships to spouses and children of fallen or disabled U.S. military service members or first responders.
  • BREW - Building Relationships and Empowering Women within the beverage industry

Charitable Donation Requests

 Sponsorship Opportunities
Please read these guidelines before submitting your request. All requests must be submitted in writing including the downloadable form at the bottom of this page along with any support materials.
Doll Distributing offers donations for specific events and non-profit fundraisers. Although we wish we could support all events and charitable programs, we must sometimes decline events at the discretion of our Donations Committee.		  Please read these guidelines before submitting your request. All requests should be submitted using the link to the form on the bottom of this page.

Key Requirements for consideration: 

  • TIMING: Please give us at least 60 days prior to your event.
  • LOCATION: Is your event in our territory? Please choose location to contact based on your event location.
  • CHARITY STATUS: Is your organization a registered 501c3 Charitable Organization and is its status current and filed with the State event is held? You may be asked to provide proof of your incorporation or charitable license.
  • ALCOHOL: Will you be serving alcoholic beverages at your event?  Send contact name of licensee who will be selling or serving the product.

Things to remember:

Events less than two months out will most likely be declined.

All requests must be submitted in writing and mailed. No e-mail requests will be considered.

Please use the Charitable Donation Form or Sponsorship Request Form to make sure all pertinent information is supplied with the application. Be specific about the type of sponsorship you are looking for and define the amount. Once we have received your written request, we will review it and should we choose to sponsor your event, someone will contact you within 10 to 15 working days of your request.
